John Taylor Gatto is scheduled to speak at this year’s InHome Conference. Gatto is a writer and speaker, an outspoken critic of compulsory education, a homeschooling advocate, and an award winning former New York public school teacher. He’s in the process of raising money to complete a documentary film entitled The Fourth Purpose. Just recently, I stumbled upon this demo reel for the project. Very interesting! I’ve been reading a lot about John Taylor Gatto and it’s quite scary (especially when I have two children) to see how true it is regarding what Mr. Gatto said about our public schools, now that I am aware of their intentions.
I hope to see the film out soon.
